Personal Stylist on Retainer - £300/month
This is for you if:
- You've noticed your wardrobe needs proper thought applied to it and applied continuously
- Your calendar is varied enough that specific wardrobe questions come up regularly (events, travel, work, seasonal shifts)
- You want a stylist who already knows your wardrobe when a new question arrives, rather than starting from scratch every time
- You have the financial bandwidth to keep me on hand rather than book each conversation separately

What You Receive
Month 1: Foundation A full intake to understand your lifestyle, your calendar, your current wardrobe and what's working or not. Your strategic colour palette. Your initial wardrobe strategy for the year ahead. This is the foundation everything else builds on.
From Month 2 Onwards: Complete Support
- Monthly Zoom calls (reviewing wardrobe, planning upcoming needs, discussing styling challenges)
- Ongoing outfit creation between calls for upcoming events we've identified
- Shopping recommendations when wardrobe gaps identified
When Specific Capsule Work Is Needed
When a specific piece of wardrobe work needs building (a Work Wardrobe Capsule for a new role, an Event and Social Capsule for a busy season, a Weekends and Country Capsule for the country lifestyle, a Home and Leisure Capsule for the everyday or a Seasonal Wardrobe Capsule for a season-specific refresh), you book it as a Focused Capsule at the standard rate (with 10% retainer discount). Retainer clients get priority scheduling on capsule work, so your capsule jumps to the front of the queue
OPTIONAL add on - In-Person Retreat
For clients who would like to include a retreat at a five-star hotel this can be arranged around your calendar and mine. Your retainer fee covers my time throughout. Accommodation, meals and travel are covered by you and typically come to around £1,500 to £2,000 for two days at Pennyhill Park.
This can be added when the time feels right in your retainer year, not built in from the start.
What Makes This Different
The Retainer isn't a fixed number of capsules per year it's an ongoing partnership with a stylist who knows you, your wardrobe and your calendar continuously, so when a specific question comes up you have someone to ask.
Most of my Retainer clients arrived via one Focused Capsule that worked well enough that they wanted the ongoing relationship. Some go on to build several capsules with me across a year. Some build one or two capsules and use the ongoing partnership for the smaller questions in between.
My clients love this arrangement because they don't have to think about their wardrobe on their own. When something specific comes up (a trip, an event, a change in role, a moment of "I have no idea what to wear on Wednesday"), the answer is one message away rather than a whole new project to book.
If you'd prefer a one off intensive package rather than ongoing support across the year, The Strategic Style Package is the alternative.
Investment: £300/month or £3,300/year (save one month)
Commitment: 4-month minimum. After 4 months, continues monthly until you cancel.
Terms - By booking the Personal Stylist on Retainer you commit to a minimum of four months at £300 per month. After the initial four months, your Retainer continues on a rolling monthly basis until you cancel, which you can do at any time with fourteen days' notice. Focused Capsules booked during your Retainer are charged separately at standard rates with 10% discount.

Why These Services Exist
I built the online capsule model in 2011, well before most of the styling industry believed virtual work could deliver at senior level. I've created hundreds of personalised capsule wardrobes for senior women over twenty-five years and through every life transition you can think of.
I don't follow trend reports or push specific brands. I don't put women into rigid categories about body shapes or seasonal colours. I don't hand out generic advice that ignores who you actually are.
The Retainer exists because your wardrobe questions don't arrive once a year at a convenient moment. They arrive as your calendar shifts, as your life evolves, as events approach and as pieces need adjusting. Having a stylist who already knows you when those questions arrive is what makes the ongoing partnership work.

My background before styling was fifteen years in finance systems consulting across Europe, which is where I learned that most difficult problems yield to systematic thinking. I brought that habit to wardrobes.
In 2011 I built the online capsule model well before most of the styling industry believed virtual work could deliver at this level. Since then I've created hundreds of personalised capsule wardrobes for senior women, working with clients across the UK, Europe and further afield without needing to be in the same city.
I don't do templates or body-shape formulas and I don't do trend-led shopping lists. I create personalised capsules with real colour and personality, shaped to the specific woman I'm working with.
